Age of Sigmar Championship

The Warhammer Age of Sigmar Championship at the Michigan GT is the premier Age of Sigmar tournament in the state of Michigan. Come test your mettle against the best players in the region and see if you can come away with the Title! The Michigan GT is honored to be awarding two Golden Tickets to the World Championships of Warhammer Age of Sigmar event occuring in Atlanta, GA this November.

The AoS Championship will use AoS 3.0 rules and the Battlepack from the latest General's Handbook using 2000 point matched play lists.

Prizes will be awarded for:

• Best Overall: Most combined battle points and appearance points will receive a Golden Ticket
• Best Warlord:  Most combined battle points will receive a Golden Ticket
• Best in Grand Alliance (Order, Chaos, Death, Destruction): Most combined battle point and appearance points in each Grand Alliance.
• Best Grand Alliance Underdog (Highest ranking among the bottom half performing Battletomes in each Grand Alliance as of 9/1/32 according to The Honest Wargamer AOS Stats Centre. 
• (As of 5/1/23 for example, these would be ..... Order: Seraphon, Cities of Sigmar, Stormcast Eternals, Idoneth Deepkin Chaos: Skaven, Blades of Khorne, Slaves to Darkness, Hedonites of Slaanesh Destruction: IronJawz, Kruleboyz, Bonesplitterz Death: Soulblight Gravelords, Nighthaunt)
• Best Appearance: Highest scoring appearance
• Best Display Board: Awarded by player vote
• Best Table: Players are encouraged, but not required to bring a table's worth of terrain for use at the event (8 pieces of terrain). Awarded by player vote.
